No upward movement. I've been here 5 years and just received my first raise of one percent. That doesn't exactly match inflation. You are always expected to take on more work without pay increase or thanks from management. Extremely high turnover. No 401k matching and health insurance goes up every year, with certain meds no longer being covered.
