Awful - Speech Language Pathologist Genesis HealthCare Employee Review

Pretty much everything else. Haven’t had a raise since I started 6 years ago so fresh college grads can make more than me while the company continues to require additional responsibilities. Productivity and efficiency are completely unrealistic and unethical and, while they demand you treat more and more patients throughout the day, they also make you watch these ridiculous videos on how to do your job created by people that haven’t been in the field since I was born, if at all. They are wholly influenced by numbers and profits and care nothing about their low level employees (ya know, the only ones actually making money FOR them) or their patients.
