Unrealistic productivity goals,no continuing ed. money,took vacation hours away then gave them back under holiday pay which we were getting,saw patients who weren’t appropriate for therapy, productivity was publicized for everyone to see with an email having to be sent to the DOR to “explain yourself “ by end of day.No raises, no bonuses.Out of state high deductible insurance.Must work 1 Saturday a month.
