Cooperate never took the time to get to know employees and residents. Only care about money in their pockets. Never gave recognition. One nurse was allowed to scream at employees in front of families of potential residents and call people racist. This company has everything all wrong! They got 5 million dollars raises while the front line workers got emails like, your census is low cut your employees hours but when you need them expect them to right back at their command! Never seen people only care about money and nothing else, they don’t even try to get to know your name.
