What a screwed up leadership team from the top down. In 9 months, I went through 2 CEOs, 4 RVPS and 27 site leaders and they wonder why no wants to work there? Delisted and broke and their salary structure proves that except the 6 figure "leaders" can't find their way around a keyboard or something as simple as Google Calendar. It's an industry that hasn't embraced technology and they treat their "professionals" like children. Again, not surprised their turn over ratio in some locations is 150-300 percent.
