HR/ payroll doesn't know how to add or what to add. Payroll checks are always wrong, the schedule is always short or as they say ",adequate" . The hire on bonus is not paid on hire but , 1/4 after 90 days, 1/4 after 180, ,1/4 after 270 , 1/4 after one yr. Sounds like a retention not by choice bonus. If and when they finally get your pay right, it's nothing like what they had told you upon hiring. The insurance benefits suck , too expensive and allot out of pocket costs. You're better off declining it. And better off just looking elsewhere.
