Everything; no regard for patient care, no regard for employees, no regard for their facilities forcing maintenance crews to only do basic repairs because they don’t pay their bills and no vendors want to service their centers, , they force the centers to budget 3 meals a day at less than $4 per person per meal, unions in healthcare diminish care of our most fragile population. This business should be non profit or state run. For profit is all about making money by cutting even basic level of care. It’s not the medical providers, it’s the philosophy of management.
