If you're lucky, you'll get an assignment to a nice facility/building. Up to date technology for keeping data.
Cons
Company felt unstable. Major changes in the year that I was there, all relayed to finances: No more raises, changed PTO benefits, changed 401K contributions, and discontinued holiday pay and rrestructured how you request time off.
