Horrible Company - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Genesis HealthCare Employee Review

This company does not care about their residents or employees. Working short staffed all the time. Only some people are given bonuses for picking up shifts to provide coverage and keeping them legal with coverage, some get an extra $10 for every hour picked up, some get the $10 plus $100, $200, $300 plus a gas card, it’s all over the place and some get absolutely nothing, especially the people who consistently pick up the extra hours, they get nothing. They do not care if they have enough staff to care for the residents. Often only 2 nurses for 97 residents and 4 aides during nights
