Pros
Lots of overtime available when caseload is high, DOR very friendly and helpful at all times when I have questions and issues
Cons
Some patients are difficult and demanding at times have to work off the clock alot because senior management just doesn't want to hear low pch issues and doesn't seem to care. .. weekend rotation mandatory
