Flexible schedule, fair salary if you could work less than 15 hours per day-
Cons
No retirement contribution from company. Not a true salaried position- if you take time off for vacation prior to accruing hours you will not be paid. (hired with vacation plan- could not cancel) The same policy goes for being sick- they do not do negative balances-
