Everything is poorly run and managed, philosophy is good old boys club, zero focus on taking care of people, complete focus on how to game the Medicare system and make as much money as possible which is then distributed to for example a President in process of stepping down as a $6 million dollar “bonus.” While facilities are mandated to a $3.00 per day cost per patient for ALL MEALS. No idea how fragile and infirm people get better on a $3.00/day food plan. Company is a frightening example of where healthcare is headed in this country. So, need I say more on how employees are treated if this is how they treat their customers/patients.
