Residents don’t get their medications on time if at all.. especially when they first arrive. The medications are ordered from a pharmacy 2 hours away, so don’t expect a continuum of care. The administration is an absolute joke. The bottom line is the dollar sign. They care nothing about these residents…, they don’t even know their names. They lie, manipulate and do literally whatever they want without accountability. The ratios are unreasonable. These people are disrespectful, arrogant and don’t know what they’re doing. They will use and abuse you. Between residents and staff, I don’t know how they haven’t been sued yet! Families… don’t leave your loved ones here if you care about them at all.
