Corrupt management practices-nurses rewarded for refusing care to the neediest of patients, particularly in the long term care section. Nurses treated the CNA's like dirt and still got to keep their job even though people were leaving due to the hostile work environment they created. Pushed hospice so they would not have to do the work. Nurses spent a lot of time on their phones and gossiping-even shaming the patients in their presence. Bad nurse to patient ratio. Filthy conditions-poor infection control but they could've cared less. Failed many inspections but still no improvement in the conditions. Treated employees like ants. Do not recommend.
