Pros
I am going on two years with Genesis. I started as a Center Human Resource Manager. I loved working in HR! However, the company decided to remove all center-based HR managers. Once this happened, I was asked to move to my current position as a Recruiting Sourcer. Genesis recognized my work ethic, organizational skills, and did not want to lose me as an employee. I enjoy working with the Talent Acquisition Team. It is a great team to work with and learn from. They are so devoted to making the candidate experience a positive one. I feel like I am helping people daily. I get to talk with great candidates and help them start a new career experience with Genesis. My work day is flexible, and my work/home life balance works well for my family.
