DON - be careful - DON Genesis HealthCare Employee Review

No Human Resources. At All! Extremely combative down line staff. Administrator would not address any operational issues. 6 hours of meetings a day that could be emails. No time to actually run the facility, unless DON works 24/7. Literally got phone calls every 15 minutes all night long, every night. The entire building ran out of printer paper once and it became an 8 hour ordeal, rather than the MOD or Administrator going to sister center 4 miles away and getting a ream of paper. It became a QAPI initiative. Smh
