      Pros

      I worked with excellent people. They gave us a great benefit package, as well as really great community benefits and discounts.

      Cons

      It took awhile to receive market value wages and cost of living increases. With the economy still unstable, pay is a motivator.

      Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, nice office space

      Cons

      Horrendously overworked. They kept promising help that never arrived. I felt terrible having to let certain tasks fall by the wayside because I was always drowning. I was afraid to take a day off and worked through illnesses, making it harder to recover. Administrator didnt care.
