      -No growth opportunity -Lack of communication among staff and management -Haha what's a holiday? -Raises/ cost of living is nonexistent -Does not provide the necessary equipment needed to perform work related tasks or buys cheap, so it breaks/ becomes useless -Employees are undervalued and taken for granted -Passive aggressive work culture

      Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, nice office space

      Cons

      Horrendously overworked. They kept promising help that never arrived. I felt terrible having to let certain tasks fall by the wayside because I was always drowning. I was afraid to take a day off and worked through illnesses, making it harder to recover. Administrator didnt care.
