      Good pay Always hours available if you want overtime

      Cons

      Consistently short-staffed Easy burn out due to the poor staff-patient ratios Residents do not receive the care they deserve Always problems with the kitchen (running out of food, or food not hot) Management never comes out of office to visit the units to check on staff

      Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, nice office space

      Cons

      Horrendously overworked. They kept promising help that never arrived. I felt terrible having to let certain tasks fall by the wayside because I was always drowning. I was afraid to take a day off and worked through illnesses, making it harder to recover. Administrator didnt care.
