Pros

job security as company expands and buys out other rehab providers easy to transfer locations within company

Cons

pay freezes for the last 2 years, do not contribute to 401K, make it very difficult to use benefit time (expected to flex time off during the week with weekend coverage), corporate/management have lost touch with realities therapists face in the clinic, emphasis is on revenue not patient care, productivity standards that keep increasing while support to perform job duties are decreasing, atmosphere varies from location to location based on local management

Pros

Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, nice office space

Cons

Horrendously overworked. They kept promising help that never arrived. I felt terrible having to let certain tasks fall by the wayside because I was always drowning. I was afraid to take a day off and worked through illnesses, making it harder to recover. Administrator didnt care.
