      Managers not allowing you to use your Sick, Vacation and Personal days - they want you to make up your time off by working the weekend before or after your scheduled time off.

      Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, nice office space

      Cons

      Horrendously overworked. They kept promising help that never arrived. I felt terrible having to let certain tasks fall by the wayside because I was always drowning. I was afraid to take a day off and worked through illnesses, making it harder to recover. Administrator didnt care.
