Growth potential, competitive salary, very supportive management - I can't complain! Great team that I work with!

Work life balance can somewhat be thrown off at times - the company runs 24/7; it's inevitable.

Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, nice office space

Cons

Horrendously overworked. They kept promising help that never arrived. I felt terrible having to let certain tasks fall by the wayside because I was always drowning. I was afraid to take a day off and worked through illnesses, making it harder to recover. Administrator didnt care.
