Management is horrible. They don't care about the therapists. They don't give you time off. If you call in sick they make you work the weekend to cover it rather than pay you sick time. They force you to work on major holidays and tell you if you call in you will be written up unless you have a Drs note. Our manager speaks to you like you're a 12 year old child and constantly threatens to write you up. Upper management is a joke. They act like they care but they don't follow up on anything. Pts are to be seen no matter what, even if deathly ill. God forbid you miss minutes on someone.
