Pros
It's pretty self-paced. You have certain time you have to prepare for shift change. Depending on which shift you work. You might help residents with food tray set up during the day or get them ready for their day. or get them ready for bed and of course help with elimination needs. Pros for me since I am PRN. I work when I am able to, they either call or text me to ask. Not pressured to. I am in school so it's hard to work full-time or part-time at the moment. Another pro is you learn quickly not much you need to learn.
Cons
It did take a long time to process paperwork and actually start working. I did not have a badge to begin with, it took a while. I also had to do paper time card a few times.
