      Upper management Little help with staffing or other issues. Didn't take out concerns serious. Expected the DON & ADON to do the jobs of 5 or 6 people refusing to fill management positions.

      Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, nice office space

      Cons

      Horrendously overworked. They kept promising help that never arrived. I felt terrible having to let certain tasks fall by the wayside because I was always drowning. I was afraid to take a day off and worked through illnesses, making it harder to recover. Administrator didnt care.
