Lack of support, lack of ability to provide accurate employee schedules, horrible working conditions, lack of supplies, short-staffed. Nursing floors mainly run by CMAs not nurses with one nurse forced to be responsible for 65 patients. Continuously getting our paychecks wrong. Making us ask for our holiday pay for a month before paying us.
