Genesis is excellent in that it is focused on people. They also provide growth opportunity and room for advancement. The owners are open minded, fair and positive role models. It is a pleasure to work for this company.

Nothing except for the usual growing pains that healthy companies experience when they are on an upward journey in the marketplace.
