      - Amazing team, very dedicated group - Leadership is communicative, moves at a quick but not break-neck speed - Positioned well in the market - A LOT of opportunities for career growth and upward movement - Support from the top is not only said but felt, they will listen to the roadblocks you bring up

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
