Pros

Great people, excellent developers - an Indianapolis landmark that helped build the technology community and seed other startups. Very good agile development culture in many areas. Has a visionary/aspirational view of contact center technology markets, and they love their customers.

Cons

Interactive was a very strongly developer-centered culture - not customer-centric. Product planning was reactive with short horizons, marketing was often an afterthought, with weak cross-department communications.

Pros

Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

Cons

Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
