      Pros

      Lots of very enthusiastic people, and a start-up mentality of "us against the world" that was pervasive throughout the company. Very enjoyable time.

      Cons

      Lots of system fixes were one offs - which were possible because of the engineering talent. However, more formal process could have avoided Apollo 13 scenarios: happy landing after a crisis.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
