It use to me a great company, then a greedy CEO left his loyal and long standing employees hanging. Basically sold them all ipnthe river.......Nice guy. The new organisation means well, though the C level and Private Equity companies need to take a hard look at what is actually happening in the mechanics. They simply let the "old crew" run the show, especially in a sales environment, it's a shambles with poor leadership, one that's driven by fear, unacceptable, that's the only word for it.
