      Pros

      My time working at ININ was the best in my career. The company culture, the people were amazing. The work was hard, but it was worth it.

      Cons

      The company will be in shambles for the next few years. There will be lots of attrition and the changes will occur very rapidly. I also have little trust for what management states about the future.

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
