Pros
When I was with Interactive Intelligence, now Genesys, I was a remote employee and enjoyed very much the collaborative nature of our department and how we worked together as a team to accomplish goals. My director was great about allowing us to do our jobs with no micromanaging and encouraged us to utilize our strengths to better serve our clients which made work very enjoyable and productive in a positive way.
Cons
I was laid off due to reduction in force (RIF) but understand it was a business decision to market the company for sale. I respect why the changes were made but definitely miss working for ININ and wish the best for those who have transitioned to Genesys.
