Pros

Flexibility to work remotely when needed (depends on your manager)

Cons

For a company that preach customer experience, they completely missed the mark when it comes to employee experience. A lot of favouritism, values staff who can sweet talk but no real work, petty politics that divided team member within the department, finger pointing cultures by the leaders.

Pros

Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

Cons

Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
