      -Great leadership team: strong CEO, President, CFO and solid Exec team -Leading investors: they wouldn't invest if they didn't believe we could grow -Friendly place with respect for work-life balance

      Cons

      -As any company going through major transformation: new PE owner, acquisition, PMI, there is a lot going on and can be overwhelming, but things are a lot better now -External reputation of being an old tech company, but the leadership team is committed to changing that and bringing new fresh talent

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
