Pros

With the acquisition of Interactive Intelligence, Genesys has become the undisputed leader in the space. Having a solution to server 20 on up allows us to engage in all opportunities. So when you can say you work for the industry leader and still care about your customers it goes a very long way. Additionally, being a sales driven organization allows us to attract and retain solid talent and offer them an incredible plan to achieve unlimited income. Having done this for nearly 30 years, I can say the Genesys plans are of the richest I have seen.

Cons

Like any other company that is of this size, it takes a little bit of time to turn the ship when you need/want to make adjustments, but that is to be expected. Many things have to be evaluated and by many departments. Once you understand the process, it becomes part of the norm. The good news is that it doesn't get in the way of conducting sales.

Pros

Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

Cons

Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
