Genesys is the clear technical and business leader in the field. Senior leadership is very solid with both vision and discipline. It's a great work culture: ethical, collaborative, and genuinely nice.
Cons
The company is owned by good and patient Private Equity investors which is a big plus for the whole company, but it means there isn't the kind of equity participation start-ups offer. The company is very distributed with many people working remotely so it can be challenging for people who don't want to travel or want to work the same hours at the same place every day. It's also a truly collaborative work environment which could be frustrating to people who are looking for a more structured, top-down management style.
