Pros

Genesys pays well and is relatively run well. They are looking to make their margins and get the return for their private equity company. They do a very good job at that.

Cons

Although they preach the customer experience is most important to them, it isn't. They cut corners, especially in professional services. They treat employees poorly, for the most part. I'm not a disgruntled employee - just look at the line of long timers that are lined up out the door. You don't have an exodus like this when you are treating your employees well and living up to your word. It's unfortunate.

Pros

PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

Cons

Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
