      Global Organization, mid-sized company with room to build and innovate, working with really smart people and bringing in new talent that will help move the company to the next level. I feel proud to discuss Genesys. The Company is committed to Indianapolis but runs a global business. There are new opportunities and many people have been able to take on new roles, challenging projects and work with new team members.

      It is fast paced company in growth stage so you need to thrive in this pace.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
