      Pros

      Genesys has great people, market leading solution in the market, strong leadership at the top and overall a fun culture. I recently moved to the Indy location from the Markham location. Great to see similar office activities enjoyed by all employees. Most recent summer Olympics and looking forward to the day at the Indy Zoo and Baseball outing. This location also has a strong "Inspiring Women's Program" that is gaining momentum across Genesys globally.

      Cons

      As Genesys continues to grow - there are constant changes to internal systems. It takes focus and training to keep abreast of all the changes.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
