Private equity ownership has unsurprisingly dehumanised the organisation. It used to feel like a family but is now all about the numbers (at the expense of customers or quality) Heavy focus on marketing and market positioning (according to research firms such as Gartner etc.) has shifted attention away from ability to execute and doing the right thing for customers. Head office mentality where the specific needs and challenges of regions outside of US are often not taken into account. Politics - to get ahead you need to know how to play the game.
