      Good technology and has a vision to follow

      Cons

      Only management are happy working here. If you're In administration/finance, you are a nobody. You can work until the cows come home and you think you're appreciated but you will never get the call (like they say) to thank you for your hard work. No culture and moral is Frimley is a horrendous. No employee activities, team building and senior management really deep down don't care.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
