      Company is focused on making CX better day by day and focused on cutting edge technologies, Cloud, AI, Chat bots, Micro Services. A lot of opportunities are provided for self development and good e-learning resources are available. Company also conducts a unique global event exclusively for R&D and innovation is always encouraged at all levels.

      Cons

      For support functions - - Less tax saving options available - Not much support from local HR/finance department - No canteen/lunch facility in office.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
