Personal initiative is highly appreciated, you do not have to be from certain country or geographical location to succeed - it is all about your attitude and drive for results. I have been with Genesys for 1,5 years, I learnt a great deal (training session are available on site and online), I proved my ability to achieve targets and feel truly valued. We also travel a lot - as a part of big international organisation, team members are encouraged to meet each other and interact as often as possible - I made a number of good friends all over the world
Cons
If one prefers a slow-moving, highly regulated environment, Genesys may not be a perfect fit. There is a set structure and transparency in management at all times, but one must be ready to contribute and be pro-active, regardless of the role

Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.
Cons
Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
