Pace can be fast depending on which project you work on, but generally work life balance is good. Managers are approachable, and people are generally friendly and helpful. Being a software company, good developers are being recognized and appreciated. Company is financially healthy and pays bonus annually.
Cons
Some teams have members in multiple timezone, which can be good for support but difficult for collaboration. Processes can be leaner. Location not the best for public transit.
