      Pros

      Pay is good. Genesys spends huge money on entertainment

      Cons

      About 30% of the company sales teams have one foot out the door. Many moved to TalkDesk, Twillio and InContact. Company doesn't understand New Channel models. Legacy premise mindset. Raises prices to raise revenue. Many unhappy customers & partners. Thousands of PureCloud deployments but no or few references.

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
