      Great communication through the global team I was a part of. Sadly redundancy hit and I was one of the casualties

      None really, I was very happy there. Was let down after a very positive interview, I gave up part of my vacation time in the USA to attend an interview, a provisional offer was made then the offer pulled 3 weeks later

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
