      Pros

      Excited changes coming - seems like Genesys messaging and marketing were finally brought into the 21st century.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, it varies from team to team how good life is at Genesys. Some teams work hard/play hard (time off, WFH, trainings, ...). On my team, seems like there is very little work being done in management and all the work is pushed down to us "work horses". WFH and time off are not well looked upon from my manager's POV and the overall structure is just unfair.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
