      - Good people to work with, some really smart people - Coffee machine on 7th floor

      Cons

      - Average pay - Unlimited vacation policy basically means you never get any vacation time or accrue any payable amount - They have stopped granting options, so overall package is worse than what you might make at a small startup

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
