Pros
Getting to work with a large, talented pool of people: while Genesys is a large company, you get to work with a small team and can get the benefits of working with a small cohesive team, while still having access to a diverse group of developers and technologies. Every site provides nice perks, e.g. free snacks and beverages. All of the teams working in different areas allows for lateral and upward mobility in your job.
Cons
It's a big company, sometimes the reasons for taking certain directions take too long to trickle down.
